Listing in Hamilton

What we shoot
in Hamilton.

Hamilton sells two very different ways. Below the escarpment it is brick century homes, where buyers look for the trim, the staircase and the ceiling height; up on the Mountain it is post-war bungalows and new towns, where the lot, the yard and the basement carry the listing. The Hamilton photos on this page are from our own shoots here: a corner-lot bungalow, its backyard pool and a mid-rise condo building.

  • Wide, level interiors that show plaster detail and ceiling height in older homes
  • Drone for big lots and escarpment-edge streets, where Transport Canada rules allow
  • Exteriors timed for the light, and day-to-dusk edits when the house deserves it

Before you book

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Same-week slots are normal, 7 days a week from 7 AM to 7 PM, and same-day when a slot is open: call or text to check. You can book online any time, with no account.

Yes, wherever Transport Canada's rules allow it. Founder Mike Brun holds a Transport Canada Advanced drone pilot certificate; every flight is flown by an Advanced-certified pilot. If the property is in controlled airspace, we request NAV CANADA authorization through NAV Drone before the flight. Drone photos are included in Listing Launch and Premiere, or $75 on MLS Ready and Market Ready.

If rain, snow, wind or poor light would spoil the exterior or make a flight unsafe, we photograph the interior as planned and come back for the exterior and drone work at no charge. Light rain or overcast skies alone usually do not stop a shoot.

Yes. Premiere stages up to 3 rooms from the same shoot, and staged photos arrive 48–72 hours after the shoot. Extra rooms, or staging for photos you already have, are a fixed quote by call or text.
