How staging works

Listing in Burlington

What we shoot
in Burlington.

A lot of Burlington inventory is freshly finished: renovated kitchens, refaced townhomes and brand-new condo suites. The photos have to show the finish and the light without blowing out the windows to the lake or the balcony, which is what bracketed HDR is for. The Burlington kitchens and condo suite on this page are from our own shoots in the city.

  • Bracketed HDR so window views and balcony light hold detail
  • Condo suites shot wide and level, so small rooms read honestly
  • Virtual staging for vacant new suites, on Premiere or by fixed quote

Before you book

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Same-week slots are normal, 7 days a week from 7 AM to 7 PM, and same-day when a slot is open: call or text to check. You can book online any time, with no account.

Yes, wherever Transport Canada's rules allow it. Founder Mike Brun holds a Transport Canada Advanced drone pilot certificate; every flight is flown by an Advanced-certified pilot. If the property is in controlled airspace, we request NAV CANADA authorization through NAV Drone before the flight. Drone photos are included in Listing Launch and Premiere, or $75 on MLS Ready and Market Ready.

If rain, snow, wind or poor light would spoil the exterior or make a flight unsafe, we photograph the interior as planned and come back for the exterior and drone work at no charge. Light rain or overcast skies alone usually do not stop a shoot.

Yes. Premiere stages up to 3 rooms from the same shoot, and staged photos arrive 48–72 hours after the shoot. Extra rooms, or staging for photos you already have, are a fixed quote by call or text.
