How we work
One shot list. One editing standard. Every listing.
Estate Shutter is small on purpose. Mike Brun shoots, and every partner photographer works to the same brief and delivers into the same editing pipeline, so a Windsor listing and a Mississauga listing look like they came from the same company, because they did.
Prices are published for every package and home size, booking takes a few minutes online with no account, and nothing is charged until you approve the photos. Photos arrive 12–24 hours after the shoot, on every package.

Transport Canada Advanced drone pilot
Founder Mike Brun holds a Transport Canada Advanced drone pilot certificate; every flight is flown by an Advanced-certified pilot.
An Advanced certificate is what Transport Canada requires to fly in controlled airspace, such as around the London and Region of Waterloo airports, and close to people. When a site needs it, we request NAV CANADA authorization before the flight.
