Short-term rental photos sell the stay, not just the rooms: the made bed, the set table, the hot tub at dusk. We shoot the amenities and the feel of the place as well as each space.
Style the space as you would for guests: fresh linens, amenities set out, clean surfaces and a few welcoming touches. Show the season, such as a lit fireplace in winter or the patio in summer.
Yes: pools, hot tubs, decks, game rooms, kitchens and any amenity that helps the listing stand out.
Yes. Use them to market that property on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, your own website and social media.
Photos arrive 12–24 hours after the shoot. Need it sooner? Rush delivery (same-day or next-morning photos) is +$75: pick it when you book and it is added to your invoice.
Free to cancel or reschedule with 24 hours’ notice; under 24 hours, up to 50% of the booked services. Weather reschedules are always free. Reply to your confirmation email, call or text us to change a booking.
Arrange the patio furniture, set the outdoor table and light the fire pit or barbecue if it's safe. In season, take the pool cover off and make sure the water is clean and clear.
