How booking works

1Address and home size. Every package is then priced for that home. No travel fees in our service area.
2Package and extras. Pick from four packages; add video, drone, twilight or a floor plan if you need them.
3A live time. Real availability, 7 days a week, 7 AM–7 PM.
4Your details. Name, mobile, email and how we get in. No account, no password.

Most bookings are confirmed the moment you press Book, with an email right away. If our system can’t confirm it instantly, your request is saved and we confirm by text or email the same day. On site, a shoot takes from about 30 minutes to about 4 hours, depending on the package and home size; step 3 shows yours.

Delivery times run from the end of the shoot, not from the booking. Premiere: priority editing, first in the queue. Need it sooner? Rush delivery (same-day or next-morning photos) is +$75: pick it when you book and it is added to your invoice.

How to prepare the property

Clear countertops, sinks and vanities: no dish racks, toiletries or small appliances.
Turn on every light, including lamps and under-cabinet lighting, and replace dead bulbs.
Open all blinds and curtains fully.
Remove personal photos, calendars, fridge magnets and anything with a name on it.
Hide bins, pet bowls, litter trays, cords, toys and laundry baskets.
Park cars away from the driveway and street frontage.
Tidy the yard: mow, coil hoses and put away garden tools.
Pools in season: cover off, water clean and clear.
Book pets out of the house for the hour if you can.

Weather. If rain, snow, wind or poor light would spoil the exterior or make a flight unsafe, we photograph the interior as planned and come back for the exterior and drone work at no charge. Light rain or overcast skies alone usually do not stop a shoot.

Payment and cancellation

$0 until you approve. Nothing is charged when you book: no deposit and no account. We deliver your gallery for review, and you pay once you approve it. Prices are in Canadian dollars; HST is added at checkout.

The Sold-Ready Promise. $0 until you approve (pay after you approve), a free reshoot, weather never charged, and a 30-day relaunch on Listing Launch & Premiere.

Cancelling or rescheduling. Free to cancel or reschedule with 24 hours’ notice; under 24 hours, up to 50% of the booked services. Weather reschedules are always free. If nobody can give us access within 15 minutes of the start time and we can’t reach you, the visit counts as a no-show and is charged in full.
