Founder & Lead Photographer
Michael founded Estate Shutter in 2018 with a vision to transform real estate marketing in Southwestern Ontario. With over 15 years of experience in architectural and interior photography, he brings a keen eye for detail and composition to every project. Michael is certified in advanced drone operations and specializes in luxury property photography.
Sarah Williams
Senior Photographer & Virtual Tour Specialist
Sarah joined Estate Shutter in 2019, bringing her expertise in interior design and architectural photography. She specializes in creating immersive virtual tours and has photographed over 500 properties across Southwestern Ontario. Sarah holds a Bachelor's in Photography from Western University and is certified in advanced lighting techniques for real estate.
David Chen
Photographer & Video Production Specialist
David brings his cinematic eye to Estate Shutter's video tours and property marketing videos. With a background in commercial videography, he creates compelling visual narratives that showcase properties at their best. David specializes in aerial drone videography and twilight photography, capturing properties in the most flattering natural light.
Emily Rodriguez
Virtual Staging Artist & Designer
Emily leads our virtual staging department, transforming empty spaces into beautifully furnished showcases. With a degree in Interior Design and extensive experience in digital art, Emily creates realistic virtual staging that helps potential buyers envision a property's full potential. She stays current with design trends to ensure staged properties appeal to target markets.
James Wilson
Photographer & Client Relations Manager
James handles client relations while also serving as one of our skilled photographers. With his background in customer service and real estate, he understands client needs and ensures smooth communication throughout the booking and delivery process. James specializes in twilight photography and has a talent for capturing the perfect exterior shots.
Olivia Kim
Post-Processing Specialist & Administrative Manager
Olivia ensures that every image delivered to clients meets Estate Shutter's high quality standards. With her expertise in photo editing and color correction, she transforms raw images into polished final products. Olivia also manages the administrative side of the business, coordinating schedules and ensuring prompt delivery of completed projects.
