What happens after you book

Booking takes about two minutes. Choose your property type, pick the services you want, and select a date and time from the live calendar above. Nothing is held until you confirm, so the slot you see is the slot you get.

1. Instant confirmation. You receive an email confirming the address, the date and time, the exact services booked and the total price. Same-day bookings are available when a slot is open.
2. Access details. Reply with the lockbox code, or tell us who will meet the photographer on site. You do not need to be present — someone just has to provide access.
3. Shoot day. A standard residential property up to 3,000 sq ft takes one to two hours for photography. Drone, 3D tours and video add time; we confirm the window when you book.
4. Editing. Every image is professionally edited — colour correction, exposure balancing, vertical line straightening, sky enhancement and light decluttering — before anything is sent.
5. Your gallery. Files arrive as a downloadable online gallery of MLS-ready images, sized and optimised to drop straight into a listing.

Turnaround times

Delivery is measured from the end of the shoot, not from the booking date.

• Photography: 24–48 hours, next-day delivery as standard.
• Drone and aerial stills: 24–48 hours, delivered with the photo set.
• 3D virtual tours: 24–48 hours after the scan is completed.
• Video and cinematic tours: 48–72 hours.
• Digital staging: 48–72 hours after the photoshoot.

How to prepare the property

Thirty minutes of prep is the difference between a good gallery and a great one. The camera records everything in the frame, and no amount of editing undoes a cluttered counter.

• Clear countertops, sinks and vanities — no dish racks, toiletries or small appliances.
• Turn on every light, including lamps and under-cabinet lighting, and replace dead bulbs.
• Open all blinds and curtains fully so the window views can be recovered in post.
• Remove personal photos, calendars, fridge magnets and anything with a name on it.
• Hide bins, pet bowls, litter trays, cords, toys and laundry baskets.
• Park cars away from the driveway and street frontage, and move bins out of sight.
• Tidy the yard: mow, coil hoses, cover the pool, and put away garden tools.
• Book pets out of the house for the hour if you can — it keeps the shoot moving.

If the weather turns on shoot day, we photograph the interior as planned and return for the exterior and drone work at no extra cost.

Cancellation and rescheduling

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost, because the slot can no longer be resold. Weather-related rescheduling of exterior or drone work is never charged. To change a booking, reply to your confirmation email or call (226) 271-2773.
